Overview

We integrate with dozens of tools for inbound and outbound uses. Some configurations are as simple as entering credentials on the Integrations page while others require more customization. Your account manager will handle this for you.

Channel actions

Channel actions allow end users to push messaging and communications based on their work in Simon out to a specific integration, e.g. send a segmented message to a customer via Snapchat.

Channel actions are documented in the user guides.


Integration Details

We have many inbound integrations available beyond what is documented here and we only need a few things from you to get started. If you don't see your preferred product nested on the left, contact your account manager for support. (View Outbound Integrations here).

Notes

  • You can enter your own credentials on the integrations page for anything labeled self-serve, after your account manager has turned on the integration for you. All others, you provide us with a set of credentials and we connect for you.
  • Any integration that requires a webhook, also see inbound webhooks.
