Join Event

When integrating event data with Simon, it's important that your event stream is configured to have a **join event** that enables us to match event cookie identifiers to contact identifiers.

Join events can be registration, login, or purchase events, and a join event must contain both a **user identifier** (user id or email) in addition to the **standard tracker identifier**. Contact us for more information.
