August 2023: Support Center improvements, Action Panel update

Great news! We've made some improvements to the Support Center:
We added a CC field to the ticket details so you can better see who else is receiving updates.
To aid with legibility and accessibility, our responses to Support Center tickets will now display rich text formatting, line breaks, and hyperlinks. Even better, your email responses will retain their formatting in the support center too!
New to the Action Panel: Journeys in review
Journeys in review are now available in the Action Panel. From here you can learn why a Journey is blocked, then take action to allow it to proceed or not.
