April 2022: Campaign Metrics and updated campaign builder

We’re excited to announce Simon’s new Campaign Metrics!

Now, with Campaign Metrics you can more easily:

  • Comprehensively track performance — View a clear list of campaigns, what channel(s) they were sent in, & current campaign statuses to see how users are engaging and converting throughout the marketing you’re sending
  • Compare historical insights — Analyze and compare all your marketing efforts, making it easier to deeply understand outcomes that can inform future strategy
  • View granular performance metrics — Understand how well you’re engaging target audiences with performance analytics like open rates, click-through rates, & conversion rates
  • Easily share your results — Create custom campaign reports that you can export and share with team members or download into other analytics tools for additional analysis

To find Campaign Metrics in your platform, click on “Reporting” in the left-hand navigation menu and then click on “Campaign Metrics”
