Abandoned cart campaigns are a common way to reach customers who put something in their cart, but never completed checkout. You can use Flows or Journeys to create these campaigns, and there is some logic to be aware of as you design your campaign.
Global abandonment rules are:
Abandoned Cart always gets sent as long as there _**hasn’t**_ been another cart abandonment in the last 48 hours
Abandoned search should always be sent as long as there**_ hasn’t_** been an abandoned cart or another abandoned search in the last 48 hours
Abandoned browse should always be sent as long as there **_hasn’t_** been an abandoned cart or abandoned search in the last 48 hours
Any abandoned cart cancels out any pending abandoned browse or abandoned search event Abandoned search should cancel any pending abandoned browse
