  • Experiment Details: Experiments with very long names no longer cause difficulty for users to properly view experiment details for a given flow. Previously, there were cases where experiment names were covering conversion criteria.
  • You can now use multiple Braze accounts when you add the destination to a Beta Flow. To add multiple business units to your authentication, first contact your account manager to enable multiple sub-accounts, then follow the steps here.

  • In beta, with the drag and drop editor you can now:

    • Create re-usable content blocks for your templates including headers and footers.
    • View a new content type column indicating if your template was created with the Drag & Drop Editor or with HTML.
    • Preview contact fields in templates.
    • Convert any Drag & Drop template to HTML with the drop down next to Edit. Note, this action duplicates the template as an HTML template, and you can't convert HTML to Drag & Drop.
  • Multi-key Flow and Journey actions now select all available fields by default. Hover over the information button to see what field is sending. Mapping takes effect in all existing flows, so anything you change is retroactive.
  • Simon Mail bcc and cc fields can now render Jinja syntax.
  • New! ✨The Jinja Generator is now available to create AI generated Jinja content based on your prompts. To try it out, open a content template and click Jinja Generator. Learn more here.

  • Great news! We've made some improvements to the Support Center:
    • We added a CC field to the ticket details so you can better see who else is receiving updates.
    • To aid with legibility and accessibility, our responses to Support Center tickets will now display rich text formatting, line breaks, and hyperlinks. Even better, your email responses will retain their formatting in the support center too!
  • New to the Action Panel: Journeys in review
    • Journeys in review are now available in the Action Panel. From here you can learn why a Journey is blocked, then take action to allow it to proceed or not.
