The Jinja Generator is now available in the Simon Mail Drag and Drop editor and for use in custom contexts in Beta Flows. To access it from a Beta flow, add a field then click the book icon to open the full editor.

Simon Mail Drag and Drop editor updates are live to all. You can now:

• Reuse content blocks (great for headers and footers)

• Preview templates with dynamic content and send test emails

• Convert Simon Mail Drag & Drop templates to HTML

• Pick custom contexts from any segment, not just your "All Contacts" segment.

• Make a Drag and Drop template available in Event Triggered flows

  

In beta, with the drag and drop editor you can now:

• Create re-usable content blocks for your templates including headers and footers.
• View a new content type column indicating if your template was created with the Drag & Drop Editor or with HTML.
• Preview contact fields in templates.
• Convert any Drag & Drop template to HTML with the drop down next to Edit. Note, this action duplicates the template as an HTML template, and you can't convert HTML to Drag & Drop.

• We added a CC field to the ticket details so you can better see who else is receiving updates.
• To aid with legibility and accessibility, our responses to Support Center tickets will now display rich text formatting, line breaks, and hyperlinks. Even better, your email responses will retain their formatting in the support center too!

• Journeys in review are now available in the Action Panel. From here you can learn why a Journey is blocked, then take action to allow it to proceed or not.
