Engagement Index

Overview

The Engagement Index is not a predictive model but a brand-specific measure of client engagement that can be applied to any use case considering customer engagement. The Engagement Index metric is derived from your brand's specific marketing dynamics and weights each unique action accordingly to produce a customer’s unique Engagement score.

Some ways you can use this index are to:

  • Delivered tailored email series to highly engaged non-purchasers to improve conversion rate
  • Reach out to highly engaged customers and incentivize them to leave product reviews.
  • Use as a seed for lookalike audiences in paid social and programmatic
  • Replace stale and complicated criteria for engagement.
  • Advanced: Create a tiered CPC bidding strategy based on
    engagement index segments

Where can I find the Engagement Index?

  1. Create a Segment.
  2. From the properties drop-down, select the Simon Predict Engagement Score property.
