Campaign Metrics: Flows

From Campaign Metrics, click Flows.

  • Search for your Flow then use the left arrows to expand and view versions, steps, etc.

Flow Result Column Descriptions

StatusThe current status of the flow or journey (Running, Stopped, Archived)
ChannelThe channel you sent your message through (matches to the channel type from the name column
Last SendThe last time the channel sent
SendsThe number of messages (emails, push, etc.) sent to your recipients out of Simon
DeliveredThe number of messages that were received (see also un-delivered)
Delivery RateThe percentage rate at which emails were delivered per send
OpensThe total number of open events across all messages in the campaign
Unique OpensThe number of messages recipients have opened over the course of a campaign.
Open RateThe percentage rate at which emails were opened based on how many were delivered
Opens Per ContactTotal opens divided by Contacts sent messages in the campaign
ClicksThe total number of clicks within your message across all messages in the campaign
Unique ClicksThe number of messages recipients have clicked within over the course of a campaign.
Click Throughunique clicks / unique opens
ConversionsNumber of purchases made by customers who interacted with the campaign. The specifics are determined by the attribution you selected; contact your account manager for support.
Conversion Ratethe percentage rate at which contacts converted
RevenueRevenue is the sum of revenue for all conversions attributed to a campaign.
UndeliveredNumber of Sends - Number of Delivereds
Creator NameThe original Flow or Journey creator
VariantFlow variants
Unsubscribed RateThe percentage rate of contacts who clicked the unsubscribe button on a particular flow (only visible if you use engagement metrics for ESP)

Attribution Windows

Conversions and Revenue columns reflect the attribution window configured for your organization. Simon supports multiple attribution windows so you can align reporting with how your team evaluates campaign performance.

14-day click and 14-day send-or-click attribution windows are now available. Contact your account manager to enable these windows for your organization.

Which windows appear in your reporting depends on your organization's configuration. Both Conversions and Revenue use the same configured attribution window.
