Alerts & Status

Simon AI's Alerts & Status tools are designed to prevent delays in customer messaging caused by data extraction or flow synchronization failures. When an issue occurs, you'll receive immediate notification along with resolution guidance. For more serious interruptions, the Action Panel lets you unblock synchronization issues directly.

Alerts can be delivered via Slack, Roam (Simon's notification platform), and email. See Notifications and Alert History to configure your preferences.
