Overview

The Sync Tag to Rokt User Attribute action keeps your Rokt audiences in sync with your Simon segments. When a contact enters your flow, Simon sets a property on their Rokt profile marking them as part of the audience. When they exit, it removes it.

The audience name is derived automatically from your Simon segment name — no configuration required.

To get started, create a Stream Flow, then choose Sync Tag to Rokt User Attribute under the Rokt channel action.

Notes

• The audience tag name defaults to your Simon segment name, prefixed with audience_. Special characters are replaced with underscores.
• Contacts must have at least one of the following mapped in Simon: email address, SHA-256 hashed email, or customer ID. Contacts with none of these will be skipped.
• Optional demographic fields (first name, last name, phone, city, state, zip, gender, date of birth) can be passed along if configured in your Simon multikey contact fields.

There are no parameters to configure for this action. The audience tag name is set automatically from your segment name.
